Our Restaurant

Ustam Ocakbaşı is a neighbourhood Turkish grill restaurant in the heart of Palmers Green. Our name means “my master’s grill”, and it reflects everything we do: honest food, cooked over real charcoal by people who care about getting it right.
At the centre of our restaurant is the open grill, where kebabs, lamb chops, chicken and vegetables are prepared fresh to order. Alongside them, we serve a generous selection of hot and cold meze, freshly baked bread and traditional desserts, all made for sharing.
